Well, when you get your real estate license at the ripe age of 20, you learn a thing or two.
First, listen to your elders. Tyler applied the long-forgotten methods of his predecessors. To this day, he still hand-writes personal notes. He visits his clients, answers his phone and sends his mother flowers.
